Refund Policy
Please note your order is final and non-refundable when we capture payment on the first day of each month. We do not accept returned orders/items. The cut-off for the next month’s box is the end of the current month. We take payment when the last time zone (UTC -12) changes the day to the first of the month.
We require that subscriptions be deactivated prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for future boxes. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
If your order has been delayed and has not arrived within 4 weeks from the shipping date, please email us at info@japansubscription.com.
Missing or lost orders must be reported within 8 weeks from the shipping confirmation date to be eligible for reimbursement.
